One of a kind from its atmospheric firing in a soda kiln, this vessel was thrown on the wheel and then manipulated by the artist to reflect the edges of the central motif in their drawing practice (a spiral) in the shape of the opening lip/rim of the vessel. Fluctuating shades of violet make up the matte exterior, which is contrasted by the glossy soda build-up present on the edges and interior of the vessel. Perfect for holding a small bouquet of flowers, or as a decorative centerpiece in your home or office.
