An intimate and interactive artwork inspired by fairytales and childhood nostalgia. In making them I feel a little more connected to a sense of whimsy and play from childhood and reminded to notice and appreciate the joy in little things. Each paper doll I make is small and delicate, something one can cradle in their hands like a small bird. This paper doll is posable and would be happy in a shadow box frame.
