Joey is a Hispanic Canadian artist, being continuously fascinated by the concept of creating or embracing art ever since he was young. Joey strives to portray intense, indescribable emotions with his art, and to add a more playful or colourful feeling into the world as well. He works with both digital and traditional art mediums, finding both to be simple yet complex in their own ways. Joey is always experimenting with new mediums or combining multiple to see what the result looks like, making the process of creating a piece different/interesting every time. His art style is always changing, going from emotional, dreamlike pieces, to cartoonish, colourful, sticker designs. In his opinion, the widespread variety of an ever-changing art style is quite important to have. To create is to share what goes on in your mind and heart with the rest of the world, hoping they can see/understand how you portray the world/everyday life.
