The artist, currently in their Third year of studies, is majoring in ceramics and is working toward a Jewellery and Metals minor. This artist is returning to the Show and Sale market for the third year. This artist works non-exclusively in jewellery and metals, print, and ceramics. By thrifting various pieces of silver and stainless-steel cutlery, the artist can bring a new life to the old spoons and forks to create new and beautiful rings. The artist makes rings that are size inclusive and have unique patterns and images on them.
Their work includes stickers and prints created with stamp carving methods and various hand thrown and painted ceramic items. The wide range of mediums they work with all tend to revolve around the duality of function and aesthetic decoration to celebrate the role art has in everyday life. They envision that their work can be a part of everyday lives whether it be a ring worn, a print hung on a wall, a sticker stuck onto a laptop or a water bottle, or a mug to drink tea from.
They are excited to continue to learn and grow from the opportunities that the show and sale program has to offer to artists and aspiring entrepreneurs.
