Victor works to unveil this world, highlighting the beauty and wonder of the things that often go unnoticed. Colours are brightened and shapes are enhanced. What was once an ordinary scene is transformed into something wonderful. Oftentimes these scenes will involve imagery of domestic life, found trinkets, and natural history, as these are areas he thinks are the least appreciated. By revealing beauty in the mundane, Victor hopes to make happiness more accessible to the viewer. According to him, if one can find beauty in the floorboards underneath their feet, they can find joy anywhere. As a result of these goals, his paintings are oftentimes flowing with colour and passion. His works are not only beautiful for display, they are also a gateway to seeing the world in a more magical way.
