Shipping policy

We are offering FREE curbside pickup at the AUArts campus. After placing your order, your items will be prepared and ready for pickup. 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Due to the nature of the handcrafted artworks we sell, your purchase may vary slightly from the product images displayed on this site. In the event that you purchased an art piece that is damaged, we are happy to connect you with the Artist to discuss an exchange or we will process a refund on a case-by-case basis.
